By booking an appointment, you agree to the salon policies below.
• A valid payment card must be held on file to secure your appointment. If card capture cannot be completed, a cash booking fee may be required.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes. Less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in your treatment being shortened, adapted, or rescheduled. The full original appointment cost will still apply where time does not allow for the full treatment booked.
• Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell or have any infectious illness.
• Children and additional guests cannot be accommodated unless agreed in advance.
• Patch testing may be required for tinting, brow lamination, and lash lift treatments.
• Removal of another salon’s nail product must be disclosed at the time of booking and may require additional time, charges, or a separate appointment.
• Acrylic removals are not offered.
• Refunds are not offered on completed services. Adjustments may be offered where appropriate.
